1.Introduction and Acceptance

okfun.ph strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age. Age verification documents will be required before your first withdrawal is processed. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposited funds returned in accordance with applicable regulations. Gambling is addictive. okfun.ph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. 4.Account Registration and Security
Your responsibilities as a registered okfun.ph account holder.
Each individual may register only one (1) Account on okfun.ph. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change. okfun.ph is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information, including an outdated mobile number that prevents receipt of two-factor authentication codes or account recovery messages.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:
- Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online account or service.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, as an additional layer of Account security.
- Never share your login credentials with any third party, including persons claiming to represent okfun.ph customer support.
- Log out of your Account when using shared or public devices.
- Notify okfun.ph support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
okfun.ph will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to okfun.ph support immediately.
You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not you authorized such activity. okfun.ph is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your Account where such use resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:
- Your Account must have passed identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
- The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance (bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements are not withdrawable).
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

7.Bonuses and Promotions

In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus's terms and these general rules, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
The following general rules apply to all bonuses offered by okfun.ph unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms:
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. okfun.ph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
- Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.

- Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers – including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method – will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.
8.Prohibited Conduct
Actions that are strictly forbidden on the okfun.ph platform.
You agree that you will not, under any circumstances, engage in any of the following conduct while using the okfun.ph platform or Services:
- Register more than one Account, or register an Account on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and in compliance with these Terms.
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Services.
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the financing of illegal activities.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software, algorithm, or system underlying the okfun.ph platform or its Games.
- Use any automated software, bot, script, or other tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
- Exploit any software bug, glitch, or error in the platform or Games for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void and will be forfeited.
- Engage in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinating bets or sharing information in live dealer games to gain an unfair advantage.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse okfun.ph staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
- Attempt to access another player's Account without authorization.
- Use a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.
okfun.ph reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of this section and to take appropriate action, including immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where warranted.
9.Responsible Gaming

Increases to deposit or loss limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Decreases take effect immediately. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed by contacting support during the exclusion period.

Where such patterns are identified, okfun.ph may proactively contact the player and, in serious cases, impose temporary restrictions on the Account pending a responsible gaming review.

10.Intellectual Property
Ownership of content and materials on the okfun.ph platform.
All content on the okfun.ph platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and layout of the platform (collectively, "Content"), is the property of okfun.ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the Services. This license does not include the right to:

11.Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The okfun.ph platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okfun.ph disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
okfun.ph does not warrant that:
- The platform will be available at all times or free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults.
- Any defects in the platform or Games will be corrected within any particular timeframe.
- The platform or its servers are free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, okfun.ph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall okfun.ph be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, even if okfun.ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Philippine law, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.
12.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
How disputes between you and okfun.ph are handled.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and okfun.ph, you agree to first contact okfun.ph customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. okfun.ph will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 calendar days of receiving a formal written complaint submitted through the support channel.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the timeframe above, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for resolution of the dispute.
You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be forever barred.
13.Account Termination and Suspension
Circumstances under which your account may be closed.
You may close your okfun.ph Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements.
okfun.ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any point.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
- Abuse of bonuses or promotions.
- Use of prohibited software or tools.
- Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful toward okfun.ph staff or other players.
- Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, okfun.ph reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, okfun.ph may forfeit some or all of the balance in accordance with applicable regulations.
14.Miscellaneous Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific bonus or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and okfun.ph with respect to your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Waiver: okfun.ph's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of okfun.ph to be effective.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without the prior written consent of okfun.ph. okfun.ph may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
